With other agencies, it’s not even about the performance or results, but more about how they operate. I’ve never worked with an agency that has separate teams for Google, Facebook, TikTok, and Email etc—all specialized and working together. We have a really big team, and that’s been great. We really wanted to start on TikTok, but we were struggling with getting the right creatives and also with optimization. Being a jewelry brand, we always felt like it was the right place for us to be but it's so time-consuming to get the right creative, test new audiences, and optimize. Our main goal was to prove that TikTok was a platform we could use and an acquisition channel we could actually leverage. Because TikTok is a platform that changes so quickly, you need to adapt fast to trends. It was really stressful for us trying to always stay on top of the trends and figure out what we could do. Working with Pilothouse has definitely given us proven results and methods that make us feel more comfortable optimizing and increasing budgets, now it’s like a war between channels to see who gets the budget. Pilothouse has also brought us new ways of approaching creative, and that has been really exciting for us.


Before partnering with your team, we knew where we wanted to go, but we just didn’t have the bench strength or the team to get there. Everything we were doing was taking weeks—sometimes months—and that was the frustrating part as the online market moves so quickly. We were a small team, getting small wins along the way, but we weren’t set up to scale.
